Since Brandfon Honda has not been able to help I have had to start pursuing options outside of Honda to resolve my issue.
I purchased two cars from Brandfon Honda. Everything started perfect, great sales person. Though the issues post sales that cannot be resolved even by the owner and company leaders.
They don't seem to care about the customer. I have never worked with a company that doesn't accept full responsibility for the quality of the product they sell. I would be embarassed to own this company let alone work for it.
Corey, a canned response is not what will fix this. Better customer service attention to detail and fixing the broken product you sold is what will.

I had the pleasure of working with Manny at Brandfon Honda and let me just say...unlike any other experience at a car dealership. Manny was very informative of my choice in car, he didn't pressure me into other vehicles just because they were on sale. I am no finance expert and Manny was able to explain my lease payment and how it can vary it ways I was able to understand. Manny got me this car over a year ago and I had a question a few days ago and he was supportive and able to help. If you want a Honda, do yourself a favor and go see Manny at Brandfon Honda. You will be very pleased.
All the positive feedback about Joel are extremely true! i have never met such kind and professional sales person who really cares not just to his customers but also towards his credibility as a professional. i truly admire that!
The simple fix would have been fixing the issue and apologizing, though now we're here, so have another negative review to add to the rest.
Purchased my first CRV at Brandfon Honda. Julian was awesome! He assured the car I bought was right for me and helped me through the entire process. Will be going back here for any future purchases

The car has manufacturing issues which Brandfon Honda states there is nothing they can do until Honda gets back to them.
Attempting to resolve this issue has been time consuming and overall terrible. The only response I get from Brandfon Honda is "We can't do ANYTHING"
Joel Demarco and Chris have been very helpful with the transition i had to go through in selecting my new car. they have worked so hard to ensure that i get the best possible deal and save me time and money. i will definitely recommend this place especially Joel to my friends who are looking for a great car with a corresponding great deal!.
Terrible customer service constantly hiding behind another excuse. Stay far away from this dealership, I really wish I had leased from a dealer who can help their customers who have leased with them.
I have attempted to work with you multiple times over the past 3 weeks. I have attempted to work with your service department and your sales person since October 15th with no resolution. Just you hiding behind American Honda, and additional excuses.
I thought I was working with a Neighborhood Dealer, who would ensure they stood by their customers.
