My experience was awesome! Chris Zimmerman was who I worked with.He was very attentive, Very professional & all around a great guy! He got me into the best thing that could fit my budget, but something I was extremely happy with. I would deffinetly recommend him to others. Not only was the customer service all around great but the actual dealership it self is phonominal. They are all so extremely friendly and are ALWAYS willing to work with you. Another great thing is as being as young as I am not having established credit this place is here to help you build your credit & does not base getting a car off your credit! You won't regret going here :) I am one happy customer !
A bunch of BS and lies the guy lied and said he can get me payments 200$ or less I live a distance I filled the paperwork gave him all my information i called him and he starts telling prices that I had already told him was not in my price range!!!! Then I asked if he had any cars on the lot in my price range he was very rude didn't want to do any foot work to sale a car and had a attitude with on top of that I'm pregnant with twins and a high risk pregnancy!!! I do not recommend this place to anyone!!!! Thanks Trent for all your help!!!!
If you can't get approved anywhere you will definitely get approved here, they will make sure. And they won't kill your budget. You have to go see for yourself.
I have had the best car buying experience at J.D. Byrider. From the beginning to the end, the process was awesome. I knew my credit wasn't the best but they accepted what I had for a down payment and made payment plans to pay off the rest and after that I make my car payments for the car loan. What car business does that??? They have an incredible warranty program and auto repair service. The entire process is done in one place fast and simple. I can say I'm very impressed and pleased with the service at this location. The guys there are there to please you and make sure you leave happy. Their team made me so happy when I was there, I went in hoping to get a car and they made sure I left there with not only a car but the exact one that I wanted.
